At wearkart.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

  • Return requests after 3 days will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Undergarments / innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping may be reimbursed
